ÀÌ¿Í °°Àº ºÐ¼®°á°ú¿¡ ±âÃÊÇÏ¿© ³ëÀÎÀÏÀÚ¸®»ç¾÷ ¼öÇà°ú °ü·ÃÇÑ ¸î °¡Áö Á¤Ã¥Àû ÇÔÀǸ¦ Á¦½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù.
This paper examines the influences of service quality of the Senior Job Matching Program on the participant``s job and life satisfaction. For this, this study used ``2012 Senior Job Replacement Project Participants`` data collected by the Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the Aged. Total 2005 cases were collected and analyzed by using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression model analysis. The results show that quality of services have been positive effect on the both job and life satisfaction of the elderly participants, after controlling for socioeconomic and employment characteristics. In addition, multiple linear regression analyses reveal that among three dimension of service quality ``outcome quality`` is the biggest effect on the participant``s job and life satisfaction. Based on the results, several policy implications were suggested.
